5.3 VIP Program

qb99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%, Silver offers up to 1.0%, and Gold offers up to 1.5% weekly cashback. A member can gradually move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. qb99 reserves the right to withdraw VIP benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bet and game outcomes on qb99 are final and cannot be disputed, unless a technical error is proven. The following general rules apply during play:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, qb99 will void that round and return the original bet amount.

• Using a false identity or fake documents.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Action by qb99

qb99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The account being inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure at User Request
